Your tasks:
- Advising and supporting our customers in selecting the perfect flower arrangements and gift ideas
- Creative design of individual bouquets, flower arrangements and plant arrangements
- Care and presentation of our diverse flower and plant assortments
- Participation in the organization and implementation of events and workshops on the subject of floristry
Qualifications and requirements:
- You are passionate about flowers and floristry, perhaps you even have relevant training or professional experience
- You enjoy daily contact with our customers
- Creativity and a feel for current trends in floristry are a given for you
- You are open, friendly and happy to respond to customer requests
- You enjoy working in a team and are actively involved in growing with us
- Ideally, you already have experience in using social media to present our flower shop online
- You are motivated, flexible in terms of time and reliable
- You are a born salesperson
- You are a team player with a passion for the best flowers
