The most important tip is: Change the water daily , make a slanted cut with a sharp knife, and please do not use scissors.
All our bouquets are freshly tied for you by trained florists in our branches.

Our entire team does its best to ensure that our bouquets and plants are absolutely fresh and of the highest quality .
That's why we buy our flowers directly from growers and exporters whose work we trust. Furthermore, we check all our cut flowers and plants several times a day for freshness and quality .
First, we would like to apologize that the product you purchased did not meet your and our quality standards .

Questions about our online shop
Delivery with our reliable partners starts at €14.99 and depends on the distance between our flower shop and the delivery address. Once we have freshly prepared your order, our couriers will usually deliver it within a few hours.
Can't find what you're looking for in our online shop? Then you can also place your order directly through one of our branches – just give us a call.
Need same-day delivery? No problem. Our checkout process takes only seconds to complete payment, and we'll take care of delivery immediately.
Of course, you can change the delivery date with us, or cancel the shipment in time.

We transmit all information exclusively in encrypted form and do not store it. For this, we work with a world-leading provider of online payments.
Our delivery radius covers a 10 km area around our branches. For larger orders, we are happy to make exceptions and find a solution together. However, please understand that for logistical reasons, we may not be able to accept smaller orders.
Of course, you will receive an order confirmation and a detailed invoice for every order.

Flowers are natural products and subject to the changing seasons. As a result, their availability and quality standards are constantly changing. Furthermore, they are purchased through central auctions, so prices can vary depending on supply, demand, and seasonal availability.
Of course, you are welcome to help yourself.
Our team is also always available to support you if you need help.
Our binding service is usually available between 9 am and 5 pm.
We are also happy to arrange your bouquets outside of these times upon pre-order.

Our service fee ensures that we can offer you the usual florali service while simultaneously securing the long-term future of our company. An important part of this is our active commitment to fair wages for our employees.
You can choose between different types of packaging and a regularly changing selection of colored paper. To protect the environment, we have consciously avoided using foil packaging since 2017.
We are happy to advise you by phone during the ordering process – in the online shop or directly on site in our branches.
Please understand, however, that we cannot accept payments by phone.
